Confirm the right entry point first
This guide covers the main path for first-time setup. All account, order, subscription, and client download entries are kept in the account panel. The marketing pages do not provide static installers or publicly usable subscription URLs. Before you begin, prepare a username and password you can remember, and make sure you can complete the order with Alipay, WeChat, or USDT.
If you already have a VPNQV account, skip account creation and go straight to plan selection or the account overview. If you have already purchased a plan and your subscription is still active, you can also get the client entry again from the download area in the account panel. Route protocols, AI Tools access requirements, development environment configuration, and complex faults are outside this brief guide; read the AI Acceleration Handbook or visit the Help Center when needed.
Create an account and open the account panel
Open VPNQV’s Start Free page. You will see fields for a username and password. Choose a username that is easy for you to recognize and that you do not reuse on other websites, enter your password, and follow the on-screen instructions. VPNQV does not require an email address for sign-up. Your account uses a username and password, so check the spelling carefully and store the credentials in a password manager you trust.
After submission, you will enter the account panel. The initial overview shows your account status, current subscription, and available entries; if you have not bought a plan yet, the subscription area may be empty, which is normal. Do not look elsewhere for a supposedly universal subscription or paste a third-party address into the VPNQV panel. Next, choose a plan from the panel so the order is linked to the current username.
If the page says the username is already in use, return to the input area and choose another one. If you remain on the same page after submitting, check the message beside the fields, confirm that both password entries match, and avoid old account details filled in automatically by the browser. Sign-up only creates the account; it does not generate a client configuration directly on the marketing page. The configuration appears in the account panel after the order takes effect.
Choose a plan and place your order
Open the Plans page in the account panel, then decide whether a monthly subscription or a data package suits you better. Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date, and an upgrade mid-cycle converts the difference based on the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they last until used and never expire.
For regular ongoing use and a monthly data reset, choose a monthly subscription based on your actual usage. If your usage is irregular and keeping data available long term matters more, review the data packages. Every plan supports unlimited devices online at the same time, but devices sharing one subscription use the plan’s data together. Consider the combined usage of your computers, tablets, and mobile devices when choosing an allowance.
After choosing a plan, click “Start Using” or “Choose This Plan” on the plan card. Check the plan name, data allowance, and amount, then select Alipay, WeChat, or USDT as instructed on the order page. After payment, return to the account panel to check the order status; do not create the same order again. VPNQV offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. The full scope and process are set out in the Refund Policy.
Once the order shows as active, subscription details will appear in the current account. Do not rush to enter server parameters manually in the system network settings. VPNQV is normally used by importing route configurations into a client through the subscription. Return to the account overview and copy the subscription URL belonging only to the current account.
Get your personal subscription
Open the account overview and look for an entry such as “Subscription,” “Subscription URL,” or “Import into client.” The page generates personal subscription details based on your active plan. Use the panel’s copy button to copy the URL, rather than selecting text manually and risking missing characters at either end. The subscription URL carries your account’s route access credentials. Keep it only on your own devices and clients; do not send it in public chats, forums, or screenshots.
The address shown in this guide is only a format example and cannot be used to connect:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
The real address must come from the VPNQV account panel. If no subscription appears in the overview, first check whether the order is active, then refresh the account status. After a recent plan upgrade, the existing subscription URL in the client is usually still managed by the panel, but you must run “Update subscription” once in the client to load the current routes and configuration.
You can import the same personal subscription into multiple devices of your own, and VPNQV supports unlimited devices online at the same time. For easier maintenance, give the subscription a clear name in each client, such as “VPNQV” or a platform-specific name like “VPNQV Work.” When other configurations are present, this makes it clear which one to update and helps prevent accidental deletion or selection.
Copy the personal URL → Open the client → Find subscription management → Import from URL → Update routes. Do not treat the example address as a real link or look for public configurations on the marketing pages.
Import the subscription into platform clients
Open the Get Clients area from the account panel and choose the entry for your operating system. Client downloads and subscription delivery are completed inside the signed-in panel; this page does not provide direct installer links. After installation, return to your personal subscription area, copy the URL, and follow the platform-specific path below. Client names and menu labels may change between versions. If you cannot find an exact match, look first for an entry containing “subscription,” “configuration,” “URL,” or “remote.”
Windows client
On Windows, use a desktop client that supports subscription management and the system proxy. Get the client through the account panel and install it, open the main interface, and enter subscription or configuration management. Choose Add from URL, paste your complete personal subscription URL into the address field, and give it an easy-to-recognize name. Save it, click Update, and wait for the route list to appear.
After a successful import, the client will usually offer rule mode and global mode. For your first connection, keep rule mode enabled so common websites use the connection method selected by the rules. Switch modes only when you clearly need all network requests to use the current route, following the client’s instructions. If a desktop app does not follow the system proxy, check the Windows connection and troubleshooting sections in the Help Center instead of changing many advanced settings during initial setup.
macOS client
On macOS, choose a client that supports remote subscription import and open the relevant entry from the VPNQV account panel. The first time you open it, macOS may ask you to approve a network extension or VPN configuration permission. This permission lets the client create a system network connection. Confirm that the client came from the panel, then follow the system prompts to authorize it.
Open the client’s configuration or subscription page and choose New Remote Configuration. Paste in your personal subscription URL and save it. After updating, return to the route list and confirm that region names and route types are visible. Some clients continue running in the menu bar after their window closes, so check the menu bar icon or the client’s status page rather than relying only on whether the window is open.
Android client
On an Android device, get the client entry for your system from the account panel. After installing and opening it, go to configuration or subscription management, tap Add, and choose import from the clipboard, URL, or remote subscription. Paste your personal subscription URL, save it, and update. The first time you connect, Android displays a system VPN connection confirmation; approve it so the client can establish the network channel.
If the connection often drops after switching apps, check Android’s background activity and battery management settings for the client, and allow it to run in the background. Settings vary considerably by device manufacturer, so this guide does not list every menu name. When you need to continue through your device’s interface, see the Complete Android Setup Guide from Scratch.
iOS client
On an iPhone or iPad, use an iOS client that supports subscription URL import. The specific download entry is available in the VPNQV account panel. After installation, open the client, choose Add Subscription on its configuration, server, or subscription page, and paste your personal URL into the URL field. Save and update it; the client will organize the available routes in a list.
When connecting for the first time, iOS displays a system-level VPN configuration request. After confirming, you may need to authorize it through the device’s own security verification. Follow the system interface and do not enter your username, password, or personal subscription on a website from an unknown source. To switch routes later, select one in the client and reconnect; there is no need to repeatedly add a system configuration.
Choose a route and connect
After the subscription update finishes, the client will show the regions and routes provided by VPNQV. The service covers 100+ countries / 190+ routes, including IEPL dedicated routes, transit routes, and direct routes. You do not need to study protocol parameters at first; choose a location near the region of the website or service you want to use. For services aimed at Asia, you might start with Hong Kong, Singapore, or Tokyo; for other services, adjust the choice to the target region.
After selecting a route, click the connection switch, Start, or Quick Connect button in the client. If the system shows another network connection authorization prompt, confirm that the client is correct and continue. Wait until the status changes to “Connected” before opening the target website or app. Do not run multiple clients that provide the same system proxy function at once, as their configurations may override one another and make the connection status difficult to determine.
Rule mode suits most everyday scenarios: it uses the client’s rules to decide which requests use international routes. Global mode sends more traffic through the current route. Use rule mode for initial setup, then adjust it after confirming the basic connection works. Protocol labels such as VLESS, Trojan, and Shadowsocks are supplied by the client and route configuration; ordinary use does not require manually rewriting parameters.
If the selected route does not connect normally, update the subscription once and then try another route in the same region. Cross-border performance depends on the local network, the destination service region, and the current connection path, so choose routes based on your own results. For a more systematic explanation of mode differences, IP risk controls, and long-lived connections, continue with the AI Acceleration Handbook.
Verify the connection and save a working configuration
After the client shows that you are connected, close the page that previously failed to load and reopen the target website or app. Do not simply refresh an old page that has been idle in the background, because browser cache, existing sessions, or in-app connections may still reflect the previous state. After reopening it, confirm that the page loads fully, the sign-in flow can continue, and streaming content or long pages remain stable.
Change only one condition at a time during verification. If the current route does not work, keep the client and mode unchanged and switch only the route. If several routes produce the same result, update the subscription and reconnect. If the issue remains, check that the client really shows as connected and that no other network proxy tool is running on the system. This helps identify whether the problem is the route, subscription update, or local settings instead of changing several options at once.
Once you find a route that suits your network, you can favorite it or remember its name in the client, but keep automatic subscription updates enabled. Routes and configurations are maintained through the subscription, and an old local copy may miss later changes. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; when using multiple devices, they share the current account’s plan data, which you can check in the account panel.
Basic setup is now complete. When changing devices later, sign in to the same account, get the client for the relevant platform from the account panel, and import your subscription. For account, connection, speed, route, billing, or refund issues, browse the categories in the Help Center. To submit a specific issue, contact support through the ticket entry in the account panel and include the platform, the message shown by the client, and the selected route name—never send your personal subscription URL.
Your account, subscription, and client are connected
From here, update the subscription regularly and adjust routes based on the target service and your actual connection results.
